**Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy**
This refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers at **mytopdeal4u**.
Please review the following policies carefully.
**ALL DISPUTES MUST BE OPENED THROUGH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL. OTHERWISE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT.**
We offer a quick dispute resolution process and appreciate it if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If photos are insufficient, please upload a video.
b. A screenshot of the email or dispute received, including the customer’s name, date, and complaint details.
c. Products must be returned if our Dispute Team requests a return.
We will process refunds, resends, or returns in the following cases:
**1. Orders Delayed.**
Orders lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired after 60 days from shipment. For specific countries, the timeline may vary:
a. For orders shipped to the USA, the timeline is 45 days after shipment.
b. For Brazil, it is 110 days due to strict customs clearance.
c. For special shipping methods, disputes may not be processed.
**Notes:**
If the package is held at the local post office due to an insufficient address, unclaimed status, or other reasons, customers are encouraged to contact or visit the post office.
**2. Orders Not Received.**
We do not process refunds or resends if tracking information confirms delivery.
a. If your client hasn’t received the package, a non-delivery certification from the local post office with an official seal is required.
b. If tracking shows alerts such as incorrect address, unknown recipient, or refused delivery, we will evaluate accordingly.
**3. Products Damaged.**
We offer a full refund or replacement for severely damaged items and partial refunds or replacements for minor damage.
**Notes:**
For fragile items, a refund is highly recommended. We do not offer refunds for damaged packaging due to international shipping.
**4. Incorrect or Missing Products.**
We maintain strict quality control, but if mistakes occur:
a. Full refunds or replacements for incorrect products.
b. Refunds or resends for incorrect colors or sizes if they affect functionality.
c. Partial refunds or resends for missing parts.
**5. Order Cancellations.**
Full refunds are available before the product is processed for shipment.
a. Customized orders cannot be canceled after payment.
b. Preorder inventory cannot be canceled after payment.
**Important Notes:**
1. **Deadline for Disputes:** Disputes must be opened before the order status is marked as closed.
2. **Force Majeure:** We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc.
3. **Shipping Method Limitations:** Some shipping methods may not provide tracking in certain regions.
4. **Destination Limitations:** Due to transportation restrictions, we do not accept disputes for orders shipped to certain countries.
5. **Returns:** Products can be returned to our designated warehouse. We do not recommend returns due to high international shipping costs and potential delays.
6. **Unacceptable Disputes:** We will not accept disputes for reasons such as the buyer not liking the product, incorrect orders placed by the buyer, or failure to comply with customs regulations.
