I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average shipping time: 7 – 14 business days.

While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. Although most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors faced by our carriers. As such, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; the delivery issue lies with the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If your item has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Simply email us with the subject line “CANCEL” to request the cancellation.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you’ve made a mistake in your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately. If the address needs to be updated, we can make the changes within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We take extra care in packaging all items, but unfortunately, 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to postal handling. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged product

Once we receive your message, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
